Adam Sklar

Co-Chief Investment Officer

Adam Sklar is Co-Chief Investment Officer of Monarch, where he leads the Investment team, portfolio strategy, and strategic direction across Monarch’s corporate credit and real estate platforms. In his capacity as Co-Head of Real Estate for Monarch, he is focused on directing Monarch’s investment activities and leading the Firm’s real estate platform. Mr. Sklar serves on the Investment Committee for each of Monarch’s strategies, in addition to being a member of the Firm’s Partnership Committee and observer of the Operational Executive Committee. Prior to joining Monarch in 2007, Mr. Sklar was an Analyst at JP Morgan in the Financial Institutions Group. He serves on the Goizueta Advisory Board at Emory University and the Board of Directors of Teach For America in the New York Region. He is also a Director of Quinn Residences. Mr. Sklar graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a B.B.A. in Finance and was inducted into the business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma.
