Anika Advani is a Senior Vice President on Monarch’s Investor Relations and Business Development team. She joined Monarch in 2019 from Graycliff Partners LP, where she was a Private Equity Associate on the Investment team. Prior thereto, Anika was at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst. She graduated from New York University, cum laude, with a B.S. in Finance and Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a minor in Psychology.
