Anika is a Vice President for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2019, Anika was an Associate on the investment team at Graycliff Partners LP. Prior to joining Graycliff in 2017, Anika was an Analyst in the Power & Utilities Group at Barclays where she worked on advisory and strategic merger & acquisition transactions. Anika graduated from New York University, cum laude, with a B.S. in Finance and Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a minor in Psychology.
Anika sits on Monarch’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
