Christopher Raimondi

Vice President, Real Estate Finance

Christopher Raimondi is a Vice President on Monarch’s Finance team. He joined Monarch in 2022 from Capstone Investment Advisors, where he was Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior thereto, Christopher was at Blackstone as an Assistant Vice President. Christopher serves as an Executive Committee member of Penn State’s Real Estate Advisory Board. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance. Christopher holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
