Colin Daniels is a Managing Director and General Counsel at Monarch, where he oversees the Firm’s legal and regulatory obligations. In this capacity, he provides counsel on investment matters. Mr. Daniels serves on Monarch’s Operational Executive Committee. Prior to joining Monarch in 2011, Mr. Daniels was an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Mr. Daniels graduated from Drew University, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. He later earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
