Danielle Osei is a Managing Director on Monarch’s Human Resources team. She joined Monarch in 2022 from King Street Capital Management, where she was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior thereto, Danielle was at Convergex as a Vice President. She graduated from Tulane University, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Management and Accounting. She later earned an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University.
