Dean DeLonge is a Vice President on Monarch’s Investment team, focused on our credit solutions strategies. He joined Monarch in 2025 from Brightwood Capital Advisors, where he was a Vice President on the Investments team. Prior thereto, Dean was at Capital One as an Associate. He graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.A. in Finance.
