Doron Gutstadt is a Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer on Monarch’s Technology team. He joined Monarch in 2026 from Valance, where he was Chief Technology Officer. Prior thereto, Doron was at Taconic Capital as Chief Technology Officer. He graduated from Tel Aviv University with a B.A. in Economics & Business Administration. He later earned an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Tel Aviv University.
