Hilela is a Managing Director for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2017, Hilela was a Controller at MatlinPatterson Global Advisors. Prior to her role at MatlinPatterson, Hilela worked at Goldman Sachs in the Controllers group of the Investment Management division. She currently serves on the board of certain entities related to investments in U.S. and Dutch real estate. Hilela graduated from Barnard College with a B.A. in Economics and minor in Mathematics.
Hilela sits on Monarch’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
