Joshua Acheatel

Managing Principal, Head of Real Estate Acquisitions

Joshua Acheatel is a Managing Principal and Head of Real Estate Acquisitions on Monarch’s Investment team, focused on our real estate strategies. He joined Monarch in 2018 from H/2 Capital Partners, where he was a Vice President on the Investment team. Joshua serves on the board of Chuck E. Cheese and the board of certain entities related to investments in U.S. and Dutch real estate. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in International Relations and African Studies. He later earned a J.D. and M.B.A. from New York University, magna cum laude.
