Josie Williams is an Associate on Monarch’s Investor Relations and Business Development team. She joined Monarch in 2024 from BlackRock, where she was an Alternative Investments Analyst in the Equity Private Markets division. She graduated from Elon University’s Love School of Business, cum laude, with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Art.
