Josie is an Associate for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2024, Josie worked on the investment team for BlackRock’s private markets social impact platform where she primarily focused on product strategy. Preceding her work in the social impact investing space, Josie was an Alternative Investments Analyst on BlackRock’s multi-asset alternative investments team. Josie graduated from Elon University, cum laude, with a B.S.B.A in Finance and a minor in Art.
