Kevin Johannsen

Director, Associate General Counsel

Kevin is a Director and Associate General Counsel for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2014, Kevin was an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP where he worked in the Investment Management Department, representing private fund sponsors in the establishment and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds and secondary funds. Kevin graduated from Tufts University, cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, with a J.D.
