Kristina is a Managing Director for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2024, she was a Partner, Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at RoundShield Partners, a private investment firm focused on European special opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, hard assets and financial asset markets. Before that, she spent time at Triton Partners, CQS and PCE Investors in investor relations and marketing roles both in New York and London. Kristina graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a B.A. in Psychology and Communications.
