Michelle is a Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, and Counsel for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2013, Michelle was an associate at the law firm of Brown Rudnick, LLP where she worked in the Corporate Restructuring Department. Before that, Michelle was a Portfolio Administrator at Allianz Global Investors. Michelle graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and from New York Law School, magna cum laude, with a J.D.
Michelle sits on Monarch’s ESG Committee and Employee Engagement Committee.
