Neel Desai is an Associate on Monarch’s Investment team, focused on our credit solutions strategies. He joined Monarch in 2026 from JP Morgan, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Foreign Service and International Economics.
