Nicholas Marine is a Vice President on Monarch’s Investment team, focused on our real estate strategies. He joined Monarch in 2021 from Spear Street Capital, where he was an Associate on the Investment team. Nicholas serves on the board of various entities related to investments in U.S. and European real estate. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics.
