Associate, Real Estate

Parmys Kompani is an Associate on Monarch’s Investment team, focused on our real estate strategies. She joined Monarch in 2024 from Cadre, where she was an Associate on the Real Estate Investment team. She graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences.
