Robert Bland is an Associate on Monarch’s Investment team, focused on our real estate strategies. He joined Monarch in 2022 from SH Hotels & Resorts, where he was a Rooms Manager. Prior thereto, Robert held an operating role at Aimbridge Hospitality and previously worked in acquisitions, development, and asset management at Auberge Resorts. He graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Hotel Administration.
