Ronen Voloshin is a Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Monarch, where he oversees the Firm’s legal and regulatory responsibilities, in addition to directing Monarch’s compliance functions. In this capacity, he provides counsel on fund and investment matters and manages the Firm’s overall regulatory compliance framework. Mr. Voloshin serves on Monarch’s Operational Executive Committee. Prior to joining Monarch in 2009, he was Associate General Counsel at Satellite Asset Management, L.P. He serves on the board of the Institute for Energy and Climate Studies. Mr. Voloshin graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in Geology and English. He later earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
